Staff showed Great kindness on arrival. I found my classic twin room super clean, and the space worked well. The bed was SO comfortable. I slept soundly each night.
the gym equipment looked slightly dated.

I saw the swimming pool area offered ample seating, with about twenty loungers arranged neatly around the poolside. a section was shaded, and this provided a respite from the sun. The hotel also has a gym facility.

The room was bright and spacious, which i appreciated! i liked the coffee machine and complimentary soft drinks a lot. the location proved very useful for my visit. The pool was a nice bonus after a long day.
The check-in process was not ideal. I waited for thirty minutes. this delay caused me to be late. I hope they can improve this situation.

The staff was helpful during check-in. The process was quick and efficient.
the room was quite disappointing, especially the bathroom. there was noticeable mould and grime between the tiles on the floor, it REALLY looked dated. also, the heating didn't work, and i only had a small heater. the walls seemed thin because i was woken up by people walking and talking near the door.

The parking was not free. also, it was hard to find. The sat nav sent me to the back car park, and there were no clear signs.
